Darbi j\u0101pabeidz l\u012bdz 2021. gada s\u0101kumam.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>2014. gad\u0101 apstiprin\u0101tais JRT b\u016bvniec\u012bbas bud\u017eets gan atbilstot re\u0123ion\u0101lo kult\u016bras centru vajadz\u012bb\u0101m, kam\u0113r JRT rekonstrukcijas un m\u016bsdien\u012bga te\u0101tra projekts ir krietni sare\u017e\u0123\u012bt\u0101ks gan no b\u016bvniec\u012bbas, gan no tehnolo\u0123iju viedok\u013ca, uzsver VN\u012a valdes priek\u0161s\u0113d\u0113t\u0101js Ronalds Neimanis. P\u0113c vi\u0146a teikt\u0101 2014. gad\u0101 apstiprin\u0101tais JRT kop\u0113jais rekonstrukcijas bud\u017eets \u2013 19 miljoni eiro \u2013 netika balst\u012bts nedz konkr\u0113t\u0101 b\u016bvprojekt\u0101, nedz ar\u012b tika \u0146emta v\u0113r\u0101 pils\u0113tvides specifika un m\u016bsdien\u012bga te\u0101tra pras\u012bbas. \u0160is bud\u017eets nav atbilsto\u0161s projekta sare\u017e\u0123\u012bt\u012bbai un noz\u012bm\u012bgumam.<br \/>\nT\u0101pat s\u0101kotn\u0113jais bud\u017eets ir veidots, balstoties uz metu projektu konkursa laik\u0101 pieejamo inform\u0101ciju, kur \u0113kas kop\u0113j\u0101 plat\u012bba\u00a0tika paredz\u0113ta 7\u00a0816\u00a0m2, savuk\u0101rt R\u012bgas pils\u0113tas b\u016bvvald\u0113 apstiprin\u0101taj\u0101 tehniskaj\u0101 projekt\u0101 \u0113kas kop\u0113j\u0101 st\u0101vu plat\u012bba ir paredz\u0113ta 11\u00a0147\u00a0m2 (43% pieaugums), kas rada projekta izmaksu pieaugumu. Plat\u012bbas pieaugums ir skaidrojams ar to, ka lo\u0123isk\u0101 darba sec\u012bba ir t\u0101da, ka p\u0113c l\u012bguma nosl\u0113g\u0161anas notiek izp\u0113tes darbi &#8211; lai saprastu, k\u0101ds b\u016bvapjoms ir iesp\u0113jams zemes gabal\u0101, un tad s\u0101kas darbs pie detaliz\u0113t\u0101m lietot\u0101ja pras\u012bb\u0101m. Projekt\u0113\u0161anas gait\u0101 papildus izkristaliz\u0113j\u0101s JRT darbn\u012bcu nepiecie\u0161am\u012bba un novietojums, k\u0101 ar\u012b noliktavu apjoms.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n\u201cJa sal\u012bdzin\u0101m b\u016bvniec\u012bbas izmaksas uz vienu kvadr\u0101tmetru, tad p\u0113c 2014. gada apr\u0113\u0137iniem JRT viena kvadr\u0101tmetra b\u016bvniec\u012bba izmaks\u0101tu 1577 eiro, kas ir teju t\u0101d\u0101 pa\u0161\u0101 l\u012bmen\u012b k\u0101 \u0100da\u017eu kult\u016bras centrs vai Stopi\u0146u novada kult\u016bras centrs, kur b\u016bvniec\u012bbas izmaksas bija attiec\u012bgi 1510 eiro kvadr\u0101tmetr\u0101 un 1623 eiro kvadr\u0101tmetr\u0101. Ta\u010du \u0161aj\u0101 gad\u012bjum\u0101 m\u0113s run\u0101jam par \u0113ku ar augstu sabiedrisko noz\u012bmi &#8211; Eiropas l\u012bme\u0146a te\u0101tri,\u201d skaidro Ronalds Neimanis.<\/p>\n<p>Patlaban no apr\u0113\u0137in\u0101t\u0101 kop\u0113j\u0101 rekonstrukcijas bud\u017eeta 21 miljonu eiro veido b\u016bvniec\u012bbas izmaksas, bet 10 miljonus eiro &#8211; b\u016bvuzraudz\u012bba, tehnolo\u0123ijas un apr\u012bkojums, \u0101rvalstu ekspertu darbs.<br \/>\nT\u0101pat Ronalds Nemainis apstiprina, ka objekta b\u016bvniec\u012bbas apst\u0101k\u013ci b\u016bs sare\u017e\u0123\u012bti: \u201cJau tagad zin\u0101m, ka JRT pazemes izb\u016bvi var sal\u012bdzin\u0101t ar Dzintaru koncertz\u0101les pazemes izb\u016bves darbiem, savuk\u0101rt integr\u0101ciju vid\u0113 \u2013 ar Mihaila \u010cehova R\u012bgas krievu dr\u0101mas te\u0101tri. B\u016bvniec\u012bbu apgr\u016btin\u0101s ar\u012b blakus eso\u0161\u0101s \u0113kas, jo b\u016bvniec\u012bbas laik\u0101 t\u0101s sare\u017e\u0123\u012bs piek\u013cuvi objektam un vienlaikus m\u0113s v\u0113lamies saglab\u0101t komforta l\u012bmeni kaimi\u0146iem.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cL\u012bdztekus viens no svar\u012bg\u0101kajiem so\u013ciem, kas mums j\u0101veic &#8211; ir j\u0101piesaista papildu bud\u017eets. Pa\u0161laik m\u0113s redzam tr\u012bs virzienus, k\u0101 m\u0113s varam maksim\u0101li optim\u0101li ieg\u016bt papildu l\u012bdzek\u013cus,\u201d st\u0101sta VN\u012a valdes locekle Kitija Gru\u0161kevica.<\/p>\n<p>Pirmk\u0101rt, VN\u012a pl\u0101no piesaist\u012bt Eiropas Savien\u012bbas finans\u0113jumu, atsevi\u0161\u0137i izdalot energoefektivit\u0101tes darbus. Otrk\u0101rt, VN\u012a p\u0101rskat\u012bs eso\u0161os projektos neapg\u016bto finans\u0113jumu. Tre\u0161k\u0101rt, p\u0113c t\u0101mju izv\u0113rt\u0113\u0161anas un iepirkuma nosl\u0113guma uzs\u0101ksim sarunas ar pas\u016bt\u012bt\u0101ju &#8211; Kult\u016bras ministriju.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cM\u0113s ceram, ka, veicot min\u0113tos so\u013cus, m\u0113s ieg\u016bsim visus nepiecie\u0161amos l\u012bdzek\u013cus. Projekts ir unik\u0101ls un v\u0113rien\u012bgs, jo m\u016bsu m\u0113r\u0137is ir m\u016bsdien\u012bgs te\u0101tris, saglab\u0101jot \u0113kas v\u0113sturisko garu un mantojumu. \u012astenojot to paredz\u0113taj\u0101 apjom\u0101, ieguv\u0113ji b\u016bs visi \u2013 te\u0101tra komanda, sabiedr\u012bba un valsts,\u201d pau\u017e Kitija Gru\u0161kevica.<\/p>\n<p>VN\u012a iepirkuma konkursa komisija ir pabeigusi pied\u0101v\u0101jumu v\u0113rt\u0113\u0161anu Jaun\u0101 R\u012bgas te\u0101tra (JRT) \u0113ku kompleksa rekonstrukcijai R\u012bg\u0101, L\u0101\u010dpl\u0113\u0161a iel\u0101 25.<\/p>\n<p>Par krit\u0113rijiem atbilsto\u0161u pied\u0101v\u0101jumu ar zem\u0101ko cenu ir atz\u012bts\u00a0PS \u201cRERE B\u016aVE 1\u201d pied\u0101v\u0101jums par summu EUR 20 985 321 bez PVN. Iepirkuma komisija ir pabeigusi pied\u0101v\u0101jumu v\u0113rt\u0113\u0161anu. L\u012bgumu ar b\u016bvnieku sl\u0113gs p\u0113c tam, kad b\u016bs apstiprin\u0101ts JRT p\u0101rb\u016bvei nepiecie\u0161amais papildu finans\u0113jums.<\/p>\n<p>Savus pied\u0101v\u0101jumus konkurs\u0101 VN\u012a aicin\u0101ja iesniegt piecus kandid\u0101tus, kuri par atbilsto\u0161iem tika atz\u012bti b\u016bvdarbu konkursa pirmaj\u0101 k\u0101rt\u0101 &#8211; SIA \u201cVelve\u201d, SIA \u201cAr\u010ders\u201d, PS \u201cRERE B\u016aVE 1\u201d, personu apvien\u012bba \u201cBBA un RT\u201d un SIA \u201cAbora\u201d. Konkursa otraj\u0101 k\u0101rt\u0101 tika sa\u0146emti divu pretendentu pied\u0101v\u0101jumi &#8211; PS \u201cRERE B\u016aVE 1\u201d un personu apvien\u012bba \u201cBBA un RT\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>J\u0101atz\u012bm\u0113, ka VN\u012a \u0161obr\u012bd \u012bsteno 32 noz\u012bm\u012bgus att\u012bst\u012bbas projektus, kuri iek\u013cauti programm\u0101 \u201c100 adreses Latvijas simtgadei\u201d, aptuveni 135 miljonu eiro v\u0113rt\u012bb\u0101. <\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #2d5986; font-size: medium;\">KOMENT\u0100RS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SIA \u201cZaigas Gailes birojs\u201d vad\u012bt\u0101ja, arhitekte un Jaun\u0101 R\u012bgas te\u0101tra (JRT) b\u016bvniec\u012bbas projekta autore Zaiga Gaile: <\/p>\n<p>R\u012bga un Latvija ieg\u016bs p\u0113c starptautiskiem standartiem apr\u012bkotu modernu te\u0101tra \u0113ku ar tr\u012bs skat\u012bt\u0101ju z\u0101l\u0113m, tr\u012bs m\u0113\u0123in\u0101jumu z\u0101l\u0113m, pla\u0161\u0101m publikas telp\u0101m ar kafejn\u012bcu un starpbr\u012b\u017eu v\u012bna b\u0101ru, \u0113rt\u0101m aktieru \u0123\u0113rbtuv\u0113m, dekor\u0101ciju darbn\u012bc\u0101m, noliktav\u0101m un tehniskaj\u0101m telp\u0101m. Alvja Herma\u0146a uzst\u0101d\u012bt\u0101 koncepcija ir te\u0101tris \u2013 m\u0101jas. Neliel\u0101 repertu\u0101ra trupa \u2013 ap simts cilv\u0113ku \u2013 ieskaitot gan aktierus, gan tehniskos darbiniekus, ir k\u0101 \u0123imene sav\u0101 m\u0101j\u0101. Viss tiek organiz\u0113ts uz vietas: gan sagatavotas un uzvestas izr\u0101des, gan izgatavotas dekor\u0101cijas, rekviz\u012bti un t\u0113rpi, gan ar\u012b min\u0113t\u0101 apr\u012bkojuma uzglab\u0101\u0161ana. <\/p>\n<p>T\u0101 ir at\u0161\u0137ir\u012bba no citiem Eiropas te\u0101triem, kur tiek veidotas viesaktieru trupas noteikt\u0101m izr\u0101d\u0113m, un, kad t\u0101s beidzas, te\u0101tr\u012b nekas netiek glab\u0101ts. JRT b\u016bs k\u0101 lauku s\u0113tas natur\u0101l\u0101s saimniec\u012bbas modelis R\u012bgas centr\u0101. Projekta revolucion\u0101r\u0101 ideja ir galven\u0101s ieejas p\u0101rvieto\u0161ana uz pagalmu. L\u0101\u010dpl\u0113\u0161a ielas bijus\u012b Latvie\u0161u amatnieku biedr\u012bbas \u0113ka ir tikai aisberga redzam\u0101 puse. Pagalm\u0101 te\u0101trim pieder v\u0113l vair\u0101kas biju\u0161\u0101s fabriku celtnes un pietieko\u0161i liela teritorija, lai veidotu jaunus apjomus. Publika nok\u013c\u016bs pagalm\u0101 pa eso\u0161o tuneli, kas tiks papla\u0161in\u0101ts. Za\u013cais pagalms ar galveno ieeju b\u016bs no ielas trok\u0161\u0146iem un putek\u013ciem pasarg\u0101ta o\u0101ze, kur publikai pulc\u0113ties pirms izr\u0101d\u0113m un starpbr\u012b\u017eos, b\u016bs pieejama ar\u012b b\u0113rnu istaba, kur atst\u0101t b\u0113rnus uz izr\u0101des laiku. <\/p>\n<p>Pla\u0161ais te\u0101tra restor\u0101ns v\u0113sturisk\u0101 ielas nama vestibil\u0101 ar virtuvi pagrab\u0101 darbosies ar\u012b dienas laik\u0101. Stundu pirms izr\u0101d\u0113m b\u016bs iesp\u0113ja rezerv\u0113t galdi\u0146us malt\u012bt\u0113m, k\u0101 ar\u012b paredzam iesp\u0113ju uzkav\u0113ties restor\u0101n\u0101 p\u0113c izr\u0101d\u0113m.
