Piem\u0113ram, k\u0101 tiek audz\u0113ti produkti, vai tajos nav \u0123en\u0113tiski modific\u0113to organismu, k\u0101ds ir iepakojums un k\u0101 notiek pre\u010du pieg\u0101de. MK noteikumos Nr.\u00a0172 &#8220;Par uztura norm\u0101m izgl\u012bt\u012bbas iest\u0101\u017eu izgl\u012btojamiem, soci\u0101l\u0101s apr\u016bpes un soci\u0101l\u0101s rehabilit\u0101cijas instit\u016bciju klientiem un \u0101rstniec\u012bbas iest\u0101\u017eu pacientiem&#8221; ir iek\u013cauta pras\u012bba p\u0113c augstas kvalit\u0101tes produktu pieg\u0101d\u0113m. \u0160ajos noteikumos ir sac\u012bts, ka p\u0101rtikas iepirkumos konkr\u0113tu sabiedr\u012bbas grupu (skol\u0113nu, slimnieku u.\u00a0c.) uztur\u0101 priorit\u0101ri ir j\u0101izv\u0113las t\u0101di p\u0101rtikas produkti, kam izvirz\u012bt\u0101s kvalit\u0101tes pras\u012bbas ir l\u012bdzv\u0113rt\u012bgas t\u0101m, kas noteiktas normat\u012bvajos aktos par nacion\u0101lo p\u0101rtikas kvalit\u0101tes sh\u0113mu vai biolo\u0123isko lauksaimniec\u012bbas sh\u0113mu. \u0160o punktu \u013coti atzin\u012bgi nov\u0113rt\u0113ju\u0161i daudzi Latvijas p\u0101rtikas ra\u017eot\u0101ji, izejot stingras kvalit\u0101tes kontroles, lai savus produktus var\u0113tu mar\u0137\u0113t ar Za\u013co vai Bordo karot\u012bti.
