Cik bie\u017ei un k\u0101di ir Administrat\u012bv\u0101s tiesas spriedumi?<\/b><br \/>\n\u2013 Gad\u0101 tiek p\u0101rs\u016bdz\u0113ti ties\u0101 apm\u0113ram 40 IUB iesniegumu izskat\u012b\u0161anas komisijas l\u0113mumi, p\u0113rn bija 38. M\u016bsu l\u0113mumiem attiec\u012bb\u0101 uz administrat\u012bvajiem sodiem pirm\u0101 p\u0101rs\u016bdz\u012bbas instance ir biroja vad\u012bt\u0101ja. Ir biju\u0161i atsevi\u0161\u0137i gad\u012bjumi, kad es atce\u013cu vec\u0101k\u0101 inspektora l\u0113mumu par administrat\u012bvo sodu vai samazinu uzlikt\u0101 soda apm\u0113ru. Gribu uzsv\u0113rt, ka mums nav pl\u0101na par oblig\u0101ti iekas\u0113jamo soda naudas apm\u0113ru, soda naudas tiek iemaks\u0101tas valsts bud\u017eet\u0101 un IUB no t\u0101s nesa\u0146em procentus. <\/p>\n<p>Ar\u012b jaunaj\u0101 PIL projekt\u0101 administrat\u012bv\u0101 soda funkcija birojam ir saglab\u0101ta.
