Bez ES fondu invest\u012bcij\u0101m neb\u016btu bijis iesp\u0113jams atbalst\u012bt vair\u0101kas valsts izaugsmei b\u016btiskas jomas, tostarp izgl\u012bt\u012bbu, zin\u0101tni, uz\u0146\u0113m\u0113jdarb\u012bbu. T\u0101pat, piem\u0113ram, ieguld\u012bjumi infrastrukt\u016br\u0101 bez ES fondu invest\u012bciju atbalsta b\u016btu biju\u0161i vismaz \u010detras reizes maz\u0101ki, jo \u012bpa\u0161i t\u0101d\u0101s jom\u0101s, kas prasa ilgtermi\u0146a ieguld\u012bjumus. Visur, kur nepiecie\u0161amas lielas publisk\u0101s invest\u012bcijas, bez ES atbalsta da\u013cas m\u0113s var\u0113tu izdar\u012bt vien kritiski nepiecie\u0161amo, ieguld\u012bjumi b\u016btu krietni maz\u0101ki un piesardz\u012bg\u0101ki.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160obr\u012bd m\u0113s atrodamies jaun\u0101 2014.\u00a0\u2013 2020. gada ES strukt\u016brfondu un Koh\u0113zijas fonda pl\u0101no\u0161anas perioda s\u0101kum\u0101, un m\u016bsu visu kop\u012bgs m\u0113r\u0137is ir nodro\u0161in\u0101t, lai jaun\u0101 pl\u0101no\u0161anas perioda \u201cEiropas nauda\u201d tiktu izmantota iesp\u0113jami efekt\u012bv\u0101k. Iepriek\u0161\u0113jo periodu sasniegtie rezult\u0101ti apliecina, ka ES fondu l\u012bdzek\u013ci ir \u013coti noz\u012bm\u012bgs invest\u012bciju avots, bez kura nav iedom\u0101jama tautsaimniec\u012bbas, infrastrukt\u016bras un uz\u0146\u0113m\u0113jdarb\u012bbas att\u012bst\u012bba. Ar\u012b \u0161obr\u012bd saspringtaj\u0101 ekonomiskaj\u0101 situ\u0101cij\u0101, tostarp apzinoties valsts un pa\u0161vald\u012bbu bud\u017eeta iesp\u0113jas, ES fondi ir noz\u012bm\u012bgs resurss, ko nepiecie\u0161ams \u0101tri un sistem\u0101tiski invest\u0113t ekonomik\u0101. Mums j\u0101pan\u0101k, ka realiz\u0113tie projekti nodro\u0161ina j\u016btamu ekonomisko izr\u0101vienu. Vienlaikus j\u0101nor\u0101da, ka vair\u0101k\u0101s nozar\u0113s jau \u0161obr\u012bd s\u0101kta 2014.\u00a0\u2013 2020. gada pl\u0101no\u0161anas perioda invest\u012bciju ieguld\u012b\u0161ana izvirz\u012btajos m\u0113r\u0137os un apstiprin\u0101ti projekti par 195 miljoniem eiro. S\u0101kot ar 2014. gadu, jau tiek veikti ieguld\u012bjumi ce\u013cu infrastrukt\u016bras sak\u0101rto\u0161an\u0101, nodarbin\u0101t\u012bbas veicin\u0101\u0161an\u0101, jaunie\u0161u iesaistei izgl\u012bt\u012bb\u0101 un cit\u0101s valsts izaugsmei b\u016btisk\u0101s jom\u0101s.<\/p>\n<p>Koh\u0113zijas politika jaunaj\u0101 period\u0101 transform\u0113jas, lai k\u013c\u016btu m\u0113r\u0137tiec\u012bg\u0101ka. Liel\u0101ks uzsvars ir likts uz konkr\u0113tu un izm\u0113r\u0101mu rezult\u0101tu sasnieg\u0161anu, vajadz\u012bbas un pl\u0101no\u0161ana tiek sasaist\u012bta ar ieguld\u012bjumu atdeves izv\u0113rt\u0113jumu. Tas noz\u012bm\u0113 nevis t\u0113r\u0113t, bet invest\u0113t, skaidri izprotot, ar k\u0101du m\u0113r\u0137i, k\u0101du rezult\u0101tu.
