Ministrijas m\u0113r\u0137is ir veidot caurskat\u0101m\u0101ku, efekt\u012bv\u0101ku un uz rezult\u0101tiem orient\u0113tu valsts IKT p\u0101rvald\u012bbu, nodro\u0161inot racion\u0101lu publisko l\u012bdzek\u013cu izlietojumu, stiprinot publisk\u0101s p\u0101rvaldes kompetenci un veicinot konkurenci starp IKT pakalpojumu sniedz\u0113jiem.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160odien, 18. j\u016bnij\u0101, ministrs inform\u0113ja par izdotajiem r\u012bkojumiem, ar kuriem uzs\u0101kta Ministru prezidenta rezol\u016bcij\u0101 noteikto uzdevumu \u012bsteno\u0161ana valsts IKT p\u0101rvald\u012bbas un iepirkumu sist\u0113mas pilnveido\u0161anai.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VARAM ministrs Edgars Tavars: &#8220;\u0160eit ir runa par \u013coti lieliem l\u012bdzek\u013ciem &#8211; simtiem miljonu eiro valsts inform\u0101cijas un komunik\u0101cijas tehnolo\u0123iju projektiem. L\u012bdz\u0161in\u0113j\u0101 sist\u0113ma nav bijusi pietiekami caurskat\u0101ma. Nereti zem sauk\u013ca par Eiropas Savien\u012bbas finans\u0113juma apguvi steig\u0101 tika virz\u012bti noteikumi, katra iest\u0101de organiz\u0113ja savus iepirkumus, piesaist\u012bja savus ekspertus un konsultantus, kuri nereti gatavoja ar\u012b iepirkumu specifik\u0101cijas. \u0160\u0101da pieeja ir rad\u012bjusi sadrumstalot\u012bbu, t\u0101p\u0113c nepiecie\u0161ama vienota, p\u0101rskat\u0101ma un efekt\u012bva IKT p\u0101rvald\u012bba. Vienlaikus Vied\u0101s administr\u0101cijas un re\u0123ion\u0101l\u0101s att\u012bst\u012bbas ministrijas atbild\u012bb\u0101 ir ar\u012b re\u0123ion\u0101l\u0101s att\u012bst\u012bbas jaut\u0101jumi, t\u0101d\u0113\u013c svar\u012bgi nodro\u0161in\u0101t, ka digit\u0101l\u0101s invest\u012bcijas kalpo visas valsts att\u012bst\u012bbai.&#8221;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vienlaikus Ministru prezidents ir uzdevis Finan\u0161u ministrijai sadarb\u012bb\u0101 ar VARAM un Iepirkumu uzraudz\u012bbas biroju l\u012bdz 16. j\u016blijam sagatavot priek\u0161likumus Elektronisko iepirkumu sist\u0113mas pilnveido\u0161anai IKT pakalpojumu un risin\u0101jumu ieg\u0101d\u0113.
