Piem\u0113ram, slie\u017eu iepirkuma gad\u012bjum\u0101 Latvija l\u012bgumu ir parakst\u012bjusi, Igaunija ir rakstiski apliecin\u0101jusi gatav\u012bbu tam pievienoties, savuk\u0101rt Lietuva ir izv\u0113l\u0113jusies sliedes iepirkt atsevi\u0161\u0137i. Rail Baltica konsolid\u0113tais slie\u017eu ietvarl\u012bgums paredz pieg\u0101\u017eu nodro\u0161in\u0101\u0161anu vair\u0101ku desmitu t\u016bksto\u0161u tonnu apm\u0113r\u0101 septi\u0146u gadu period\u0101. Sal\u012bdzin\u0101jumam, AS \u201cLatvijas dzelzce\u013c\u0161\u201d p\u0113d\u0113jos tr\u012bs gados ir iepircis aptuveni 4 800 tonnu slie\u017eu (2024. gad\u0101 1 927 tonnas, 2025. gad\u0101 2 168 tonnas un 2026. gad\u0101 723 tonnas), kas atbilst aptuveni 6 % no konsolid\u0113t\u0101 ietvarl\u012bguma apjoma Latvijai. Ja ne\u0146em v\u0113r\u0101 2024. gada iepirkumu, \u0161is \u012bpatsvars sar\u016bk l\u012bdz aptuveni 3,5 %. L\u012bdz\u012bgi Lietuv\u0101 LTG Infra atsevi\u0161\u0137i iepirktais apjoms atbilst aptuveni 3,5 % no konsolid\u0113t\u0101 ietvarl\u012bguma apjoma \u0161ai valstij.&nbsp;<strong>T\u0101d\u0113j\u0101di gan Latvij\u0101, gan Lietuv\u0101 atsevi\u0161\u0137o iepirkumu apjoms ir maz\u0101ks par 5 % no konsolid\u0113t\u0101 ietvarl\u012bguma apjoma.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sal\u012bdzin\u0101t nelielu, vienreiz\u0113ju iepirkumu ar septi\u0146u gadu ietvarl\u012bgumu, kas aptver vair\u0101k nek\u0101 divdesmit reizes liel\u0101ku apjomu un ietver cenu garantiju, pieg\u0101\u017eu dro\u0161\u012bbu un kvalit\u0101tes pras\u012bbas visam \u0161im periodam, nav korekti. Tom\u0113r \u0161ie iepirkumi ir veidoti p\u0113c at\u0161\u0137ir\u012bgiem tehniskajiem un komerci\u0101lajiem principiem, un to cenas atspogu\u013co at\u0161\u0137ir\u012bgu produktu, at\u0161\u0137ir\u012bgu garantiju un at\u0161\u0137ir\u012bgu risku sadal\u012bjumu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u016btiskas at\u0161\u0137ir\u012bbas ir ar\u012b iepirkumu tehniskaj\u0101s pras\u012bb\u0101s, garantijas nosac\u012bjumos un pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101ja atbild\u012bb\u0101. Konsolid\u0113tais slie\u017eu pieg\u0101des ietvarl\u012bgums paredz iesp\u0113ju ieg\u0101d\u0101ties gan 25 m, gan 50 m garas sliedes, savuk\u0101rt katra nacion\u0101l\u0101 ievies\u0113jorganiz\u0101cija pati lemj par konkr\u0113to risin\u0101jumu atbilsto\u0161i projekta vajadz\u012bb\u0101m. Rail Baltica iepirkums paredz ar\u012b ilgtermi\u0146a pieg\u0101\u017eu un kvalit\u0101tes nodro\u0161in\u0101\u0161anu vis\u0101 l\u012bguma darb\u012bbas laik\u0101. Gar\u0101kas sliedes uz vienu kilometru samazina metin\u0101\u0161anas \u0161uvju skaitu uz pusi, kas tie\u0161i ietekm\u0113 ne tikai infrastrukt\u016bras dz\u012bves cikla izmaksas, vibr\u0101ciju l\u012bmeni un uztur\u0113\u0161anas pras\u012bbas n\u0101kamaj\u0101s desmitgad\u0113s,&nbsp;<strong>bet ar\u012b ekspluat\u0101cijas dro\u0161\u012bbu<\/strong>. Rail Baltica ietvarl\u012bgums paredz ar\u012b ilg\u0101ku garantijas periodu un pla\u0161\u0101ku pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101ja atbild\u012bbu par materi\u0101lu kvalit\u0101ti vis\u0101 l\u012bguma darb\u012bbas laik\u0101.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pirms konsolid\u0113t\u0101 iepirkuma izsludin\u0101\u0161anas RB Rail veica tirgus konsult\u0101cijas ar potenci\u0101lajiem pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101jiem, kuru laik\u0101 tika p\u0101rrun\u0101ti tehnisko specifik\u0101ciju, l\u012bguma strukt\u016bras un risku sadal\u012bjuma jaut\u0101jumi. Sa\u0146emtie viedok\u013ci tika izv\u0113rt\u0113ti un, kur tas bija sader\u012bgi ar projekta tehniskaj\u0101m un juridiskaj\u0101m pras\u012bb\u0101m, \u0146emti v\u0113r\u0101 iepirkuma dokument\u0101cij\u0101.
