Birojs ir piln\u012bb\u0101 ieviesis p\u0101reju uz jauno Publik\u0101ciju vad\u012bbas sist\u0113mu (PVS) \u2013 moderniz\u0113tu vidi \u0113rt\u0101kai iepirkumu p\u0101rvald\u012bbai un datu anal\u012btikai. PVS ietvaros izstr\u0101d\u0101ti Pas\u016bt\u012bt\u0101ju profili iepirkumu un l\u012bgumu p\u0101rvald\u012bbai, ieviesta datu vizualiz\u0101cija un Pas\u016bt\u012bt\u0101ju reitings, uzlabota iepirkumu mekl\u0113\u0161anas funkcionalit\u0101te, k\u0101 ar\u012b izveidots Finans\u0113juma sa\u0146\u0113m\u0113ju profils \u0113rt\u0101kai iepirkumu p\u0101rvald\u012bbai un inform\u0101cijas pieejam\u012bbai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nodro\u0161inot iepirkumu veic\u0113ju atbalstu, 2025. gad\u0101 Birojs sniedza 3856 konsult\u0101cijas, no kur\u0101m tika sniegtas 2523 telefonkonsult\u0101cijas un 1333 rakstiskas konsult\u0101cijas, ar vid\u0113jo rakstisku atbil\u017eu snieg\u0161anas laiku \u2013 9 dienas. Noz\u012bm\u012bga da\u013ca no \u0161\u012b atbalsta bija ar\u012b Biroja sniegt\u0101s atbildes febru\u0101r\u012b ieviestaj\u0101 tie\u0161saistes jaut\u0101jumu r\u012bk\u0101, kur\u0101 ir atbild\u0113ts uz 678 jaut\u0101jumiem vid\u0113ji 2 darbdienu laik\u0101.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pieredzes apmai\u0146\u0101 un profesion\u0101l\u0101s kompetences stiprin\u0101\u0161an\u0101 Biroja p\u0101rst\u0101vji ir piedal\u012bju\u0161ies vair\u0101k nek\u0101 34 pas\u0101kumos, uzrun\u0101jot 7960 klaus\u012bt\u0101jus un diskut\u0113jot par aktu\u0101liem publisko iepirkumu izaicin\u0101jumiem un att\u012bst\u012bbas tendenc\u0113m. \u0160\u012b gada ietvaros liels darbs ir veikts ar\u012b publisko iepirkumu reformas virz\u012bb\u0101, piedaloties finan\u0161u ministra veidotaj\u0101 publisko iepirkumu darba grup\u0101 un, sadarb\u012bb\u0101 ar Finan\u0161u ministriju, str\u0101d\u0101jot pie reformas ievie\u0161anas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2025. gad\u0101 ir veiktas 190 Eiropas Savien\u012bbas fondu un Atvese\u013co\u0161anas fonda projektu iepirkumu pirmsp\u0101rbaudes \u2013 ar m\u0113r\u0137i nov\u0113rst p\u0101rk\u0101pumus fondu finans\u0113juma sa\u0146\u0113m\u0113ju r\u012bkotaj\u0101s iepirkuma proced\u016br\u0101s pirms iepirkuma l\u012bguma nosl\u0113g\u0161anas, t\u0101d\u0113j\u0101di mazinot neatbilsto\u0161i veikto izmaksu risku. Gada ietvaros dokument\u0101cijas pirmsp\u0101rbaudes tika veiktas vid\u0113ji 10 darbdienu laik\u0101.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Birojs ir sa\u0146\u0113mis 530 apstr\u012bd\u0113\u0161anas iesniegumus, no kuriem izskat\u012b\u0161anai tika pie\u0146emti 433 iesniegumi, un kop\u0101 2025.gad\u0101 ir pie\u0146emti 339 iesniegumu izskat\u012b\u0161anas komisijas l\u0113mumi. K\u0101 bie\u017e\u0101kie str\u012bdus iemesli iepirkumu rezult\u0101tu apstr\u012bd\u0113\u0161anai ir jaut\u0101jumi, kas saist\u012bti ar finan\u0161u pied\u0101v\u0101juma v\u0113rt\u0113\u0161anu, savuk\u0101rt nolikuma pras\u012bbu apstr\u012bd\u0113\u0161anai \u2013 atlases pras\u012bbas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u012bdztekus tam, iepriek\u0161\u0113j\u0101 gada laik\u0101 tika veikti 129 administrat\u012bvo p\u0101rk\u0101pumu procesi un resorisk\u0101s p\u0101rbaudes, kuru rezult\u0101t\u0101 konstat\u0113ti 58 p\u0101rk\u0101pumi. T\u0101pat izskat\u012bti 8 trauksmes c\u0113l\u0113ju zi\u0146ojumi. 2025. gad\u0101 tr\u012bs bie\u017e\u0101k konstat\u0113to p\u0101rk\u0101pumu iemesli bija saist\u012bti ar: pretendentu atlases vai tehnisko specifik\u0101ciju pras\u012bbu neiev\u0113ro\u0161anu&nbsp;pied\u0101v\u0101jumu&nbsp;izv\u0113rt\u0113\u0161anas laik\u0101; &nbsp;iepirkuma l\u012bguma nosl\u0113g\u0161anu, nepiem\u0113rojot iepirkuma veik\u0161anas k\u0101rt\u012bbu vai iepirkuma proced\u016bru, kas bija j\u0101piem\u0113ro;&nbsp;iepirkuma l\u012bguma nosl\u0113g\u0161anu, piem\u0113rojot&nbsp;attiec\u012bgajam&nbsp;likumam neatbilsto\u0161i izraudz\u012btu&nbsp;iepirkuma&nbsp;veik\u0161anas k\u0101rt\u012bbu&nbsp;vai iepirkuma proced\u016bru.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Birojs turpin\u0101s t\u0101l\u0101ku digit\u0101lo risin\u0101jumu att\u012bst\u012bbu 2026. gad\u0101, k\u0101 ar\u012b stiprin\u0101s profesion\u0101lo dialogu un nodro\u0161in\u0101s kvalitat\u012bvu uzraudz\u012bbu.
