Personas interesei j\u0101b\u016bt vai nu faktiskai, vai iesp\u0113jamai, ta\u010du t\u0101 nevar b\u016bt p\u0101r\u0101k att\u0101lin\u0101ta.<sup><a href=\"#fn2\" id=\"ref2\">2<\/a><\/sup> Par faktiski ieinteres\u0113tu var tikt atz\u012bta persona, kura ir piedal\u012bjusies konkr\u0113taj\u0101 iepirkum\u0101.
