Tas paredz b\u016btisku soli Latvijas ener\u0123\u0113tisk\u0101s neatkar\u012bbas stiprin\u0101\u0161an\u0101 un viet\u0113j\u0101s za\u013c\u0101s degvielas ra\u017eo\u0161an\u0101, t\u0101d\u0113j\u0101di mazinot atkar\u012bbu no import\u0113t\u0101s fosil\u0101s degvielas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Latvij\u0101 jau \u0161obr\u012bd ir sal\u012bdzino\u0161i augsts atjaun\u012bg\u0101s ener\u0123ijas \u012bpatsvars elektroener\u0123ijas un siltumener\u0123ijas sektoros, ta\u010du transporta sektor\u0101 fosil\u0101s degvielas Latvija import\u0113. Vid\u0113ji gad\u0101 Latvija par transporta ener\u0123ijas importu maks\u0101 ap 1 miljardu eiro. Kam\u0113r fosilas degvielas Latvij\u0101 ra\u017eot nav konkur\u0113tsp\u0113j\u012bgi, jo nav atbilsto\u0161u izejmateri\u0101lu \u2013 naftas produktu, &#8211; za\u013c\u0101s degvielas Latvijai ir potenci\u0101ls gan ra\u017eot pa\u0161ai, gan t\u0101s eksport\u0113t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAtt\u012bstot viet\u0113jo degvielas ra\u017eo\u0161anu, ne vien iesp\u0113jams sp\u0113cin\u0101t Latvijas ener\u0123\u0113tisko pa\u0161pietiekam\u012bbu, bet ar\u012b sekm\u0113t degvielu tirg\u016b \u013coti nepiecie\u0161amo konkurenci. Latvij\u0101 ra\u017eota degviela dod iesp\u0113ju stiprin\u0101t m\u016bsu pa\u0161u ekonomiku \u2013 atbalstot viet\u0113jo ra\u017eo\u0161anu, m\u0113s nodro\u0161in\u0101m jaunas darba vietas iedz\u012bvot\u0101jiem un ekonomisko ieguvumu,\u201d\u00a0pau\u017e klimata un ener\u0123\u0113tikas ministrs Kaspars Melnis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Likum\u0101 iek\u013cautie nosac\u012bjumi sekm\u0113s biomet\u0101na un citu moderno biodegvielu ra\u017eo\u0161anu Latvij\u0101, rezult\u0101t\u0101 mazinot atkar\u012bbu no importa resursiem un stiprinot energoapg\u0101des dro\u0161\u012bbu. Interese no potenci\u0101lajiem projektu \u012bstenotajiem ir augsta. Ar atbilsto\u0161iem invest\u012bciju stimuliem m\u0113s veicin\u0101m att\u012bsties ni\u0161as tirgum Latvij\u0101, kas paver ce\u013cu&nbsp;uz jaunu darba vietu att\u012bst\u012bbu re\u0123ionos un papildu priv\u0101to invest\u012bciju piesaisti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transporta ener\u0123ijas likuma m\u0113r\u0137is ir l\u012bdz 2030. gadam nodro\u0161in\u0101t degvielu portfe\u013ca da\u017e\u0101do\u0161anu, veicinot biodegvielu, biomet\u0101na, \u016bde\u0146ra\u017ea un elektroener\u0123ijas izmanto\u0161anu un radot priek\u0161noteikumus \u0161o degvielu ra\u017eo\u0161anai Latvij\u0101. Transporta ener\u0123ijas portfe\u013ca za\u013cin\u0101\u0161anas m\u0113r\u0137i nosaka Eiropas direkt\u012bvas pras\u012bbas.&nbsp; Vienlaikus likums paredz izveidot alternat\u012bv\u0101s degvielas uzpildes un uzl\u0101des infrastrukt\u016bru, \u012bpa\u0161i TEN-T t\u012bkla autoce\u013cos, t\u0101dej\u0101di veicinot degvielas uzpildes staciju att\u012bst\u012bbu un vienlaic\u012bgi smag\u0101 transporta un sabiedrisk\u0101 transporta dekarboniz\u0101ciju. Veidojot skaidrus invest\u012bciju sign\u0101lus p\u0113c iesp\u0113jas nodro\u0161in\u0101t, ka t\u012bklu veido no priv\u0101t\u0101, nevis publisk\u0101 finans\u0113juma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzklausot parlamenta p\u0101rst\u0101vju viedokli, gala likuma redakcij\u0101 ir pan\u0101kti vair\u0101ki kompromisi. Iepriek\u0161 bija paredz\u0113ts, ka degvielas portfe\u013ca za\u013cin\u0101\u0161anu degvielas pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101ji no 2026. l\u012bdz 2030. gadam nodro\u0161in\u0101s pak\u0101peniski. Ap 98% transportl\u012bdzek\u013cu Latvij\u0101 darbojas ar fosilo degvielu, kuru vid\u0113jais vecums ir apm\u0113ram 15 gadi. Tas noz\u012bm\u0113, ka transporta sektora p\u0101reju nevar organiz\u0113t paredzot strauju autoparka nomai\u0146u.
