Savuk\u0101rt izdoto b\u016bvat\u013cauju skaits samazin\u0101s, jo ierosin\u0101t\u0101ji izmanto atvieglot\u0101s dokumentu sagatavo\u0161anas iesp\u0113jas. Piem\u0113ram, 2022. gad\u0101 Latvij\u0101 tika izdoti 6.5 t\u016bksto\u0161i b\u016bvat\u013cauju, bet 2024. gad\u0101 \u2013 5.3 t\u016bksto\u0161i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDati r\u0101da, ka Ekonomikas ministrijas darbs pie birokr\u0101tisko \u0161\u0137\u0113r\u0161\u013cu mazin\u0101\u0161anas b\u016bvniec\u012bb\u0101 ir rezult\u0113jies ar pan\u0101kumiem \u2013 cilv\u0113ki nov\u0113rt\u0113 b\u016bvniec\u012bbas procesam nepiecie\u0161amo dokumentu atvieglojumus, k\u0101 ar\u012b izmanto sniegt\u0101s iesp\u0113jas virkni darbu \u012bstenot pa\u0161u sp\u0113kiem. Tas liecina par iedz\u012bvot\u0101ju gatav\u012bbu sak\u0101rtot savu \u012bpa\u0161umu un ar to saist\u012bto dokument\u0101ciju, demonstr\u0113jot atbild\u012bgu attieksmi. Nov\u0113rot\u0101s izmai\u0146as apliecina, ka ejam pareiz\u0101 virzien\u0101 un darbs j\u0101turpina,\u201d\u00a0nor\u0101da<strong>\u00a0ekonomikas ministrs Viktors Valainis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lai veicin\u0101tu efekt\u012bv\u0101ku, \u0101tr\u0101ku un prognoz\u0113jam\u0101ku b\u016bvniec\u012bbas procesu Latvij\u0101, EM ir \u012bstenojusi virkni b\u016btisku reformu, kas iev\u0113rojami samazina administrat\u012bvo slogu. \u0160ie pas\u0101kumi ne tikai atvieglo b\u016bvniec\u012bbas ieceru \u012bsteno\u0161anu, bet ar\u012b samazina izmaksas un pa\u0101trina l\u0113mumu pie\u0146em\u0161anu, aptverot gan b\u016bvdarbu, gan projekt\u0113\u0161anas, b\u016bves re\u0123istr\u0101cijas un sabiedr\u012bbas l\u012bdzdal\u012bbas aspektus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzlabots b\u016bvdarbu process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>b\u016btiski pilnveidots b\u016bvdarbu fiks\u0101cijas process<\/strong>, vairs nav nepiecie\u0161ami dubl\u0113jo\u0161i b\u016bvdarbu akti; samazin\u0101tas pras\u012bbas ikdienas ierakstiem, vienveid\u012bgu darbu gad\u012bjum\u0101 neprasot vienu un to pa\u0161u inform\u0101ciju sniegt katru dienu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>autoruzraudz\u012bba b\u016bvdarbu laik\u0101 vairs nav oblig\u0101ta\u00a0<\/strong>(iz\u0146emot kult\u016bras pieminek\u013cu gad\u012bjum\u0101), \u0161o atst\u0101jot nekustam\u0101 \u012bpa\u0161uma att\u012bst\u012bt\u0101ja zi\u0146\u0101. Aizliegums pras\u012bt maksu par tehnisko noteikumu sa\u0146em\u0161anu vai satura skaidro\u0161anu. Aizliegums tehniskajos noteikumos ietvert pras\u012bbas, kas tie\u0161\u0101 veid\u0101 nav nepiecie\u0161amas b\u016bvniec\u012bbas ieceres \u012bsteno\u0161anai. B\u016bvvaldei ir j\u0101pamato izvirz\u012bt\u0101s pras\u012bbas veikt projekta saska\u0146o\u0161anu ar tre\u0161aj\u0101m person\u0101m (valsts un pa\u0161vald\u012bbas instit\u016bcij\u0101m, komunik\u0101ciju tur\u0113t\u0101jiem). Pagarin\u0101ts tehnisko noteikumu der\u012bguma termi\u0146\u0161 l\u012bdz 2 gadiem, sniedzot liel\u0101ku stabilit\u0101ti projekt\u0113\u0161anas proces\u0101.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vald\u012bb\u0101 pie\u0146emts ar\u012b l\u0113mums par vienot\u0101 b\u016bves re\u0123istr\u0101cijas procesa ievie\u0161anu no 2026. gada. \u0160obr\u012bd notiek akt\u012bvs tehniskais darbs, nodro\u0161inot datu padevi starp B\u016bvniec\u012bbas inform\u0101cijas sist\u0113mu, Valsts zemes dienestu un Valsts vienoto datoriz\u0113to zemesgr\u0101matu.
