To nodro\u0161in\u0101s Valsts p\u0113t\u012bjumu programmas (VPP) platformas \u201cBiomedic\u012bnas un fotonikas p\u0113tniec\u012bbas platforma inovat\u012bvu produktu rad\u012b\u0161anai\u201d jeb \u201cBioPhoT\u201d \u012bsteno\u0161ana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ekonomikas ministrs Viktors Valainis<\/strong>&nbsp;nor\u0101da: \u201cIr b\u016btiski veidot un att\u012bst\u012bt m\u0113r\u0137tiec\u012bgus atbalsta meh\u0101nismus, kas sekm\u0113 inovat\u012bvu tehnolo\u0123iju izstr\u0101di. Biomedic\u012bnas un fotonikas nozares izce\u013cas ar iev\u0113rojamu eksporta potenci\u0101lu, kura pamat\u0101 ir inov\u0101cijas un jaunu, konkur\u0113tsp\u0113j\u012bgu produktu rad\u012b\u0161ana. Ar finansi\u0101lu atbalstu \u0161o nozaru idejas var p\u0101rtapt tirg\u016b piepras\u012btos un augstas pievienot\u0101s v\u0113rt\u012bbas produktos. Ilgtermi\u0146\u0101 \u0161\u0101da pieeja stiprin\u0101s Latvijas konkur\u0113tsp\u0113ju glob\u0101lajos tirgos, vienlaikus veicinot biomedic\u012bnas un fotonikas nozaru att\u012bst\u012bbu un inov\u0101ciju sp\u0113ju.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Platforma \u201cBioPhoT\u201d veicin\u0101s biomedic\u012bnas un fotonikas tehnolo\u0123iju zin\u0101t\u0146u un komercsektora sadarb\u012bbu un tehnolo\u0123iju att\u012bst\u012b\u0161anu.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>T\u0101s strat\u0113\u0123isk\u0101 pieeja ir identific\u0113t p\u0113t\u012bjumus ar zemu tehnolo\u0123isk\u0101s sagatavot\u012bbas l\u012bmeni (<em>Technology Readiness Level<\/em>&nbsp;jeb&nbsp;<em>TRL<\/em>), ta\u010du ar augstu komercializ\u0101cijas potenci\u0101lu. Pateicoties finansi\u0101lajam atbalstam, tiks veicin\u0101ta \u0161o ideju att\u012bst\u012bba un ilgtermi\u0146\u0101 veidotas konkur\u0113tsp\u0113j\u012bgas, tirg\u016b piepras\u012btas tehnolo\u0123ijas un produkti, kas balst\u012bti uz zin\u0101tniskajiem p\u0113t\u012bjumiem biomedic\u012bnas un fotonikas jom\u0101.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u0160\u012b pieeja \u013caus mazin\u0101t plaisu starp zin\u0101tni un komercsektoru, uzlabojot iesp\u0113ju izgudrojumiem p\u0101rvar\u0113t t.s. \u201cn\u0101ves ieleju\u201d to att\u012bst\u012bbas ce\u013c\u0101. \u0160\u0101das platformas izveide ir b\u016btisks solis Latvijas tehnolo\u0123isko inov\u0101ciju izcil\u012bbas veicin\u0101\u0161an\u0101 un konkur\u0113tsp\u0113jas palielin\u0101\u0161an\u0101 glob\u0101l\u0101 tirg\u016b, k\u0101 ar\u012b kalpos par pamatu n\u0101kotnes inov\u0101ciju att\u012bst\u012bbai,\u201d skaidro&nbsp;<strong>projekta vad\u012bt\u0101js, Latvijas Organisk\u0101s sint\u0113zes instit\u016bta (OSI) direktora vietnieks Osvalds Pugovi\u010ds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Platformas darb\u012bba paredz\u0113ta l\u012bdz 2032. gadam. Atbalsts zin\u0101tnieku iniciat\u012bv\u0101m un reakcij\u0101m uz komercsektora identific\u0113t\u0101m zin\u0101t\u0146ietilp\u012bg\u0101m probl\u0113m\u0101m pl\u0101nots trijos posmos, no kuriem pirmaj\u0101 &#8211; l\u012bdz 2026. gada 30. novembrim &#8211; ar Ministru kabineta r\u012bkojumu tie\u0161i inov\u0101ciju projektu \u012bsteno\u0161anai pieejami vair\u0101k nek\u0101 12 miljoni eiro. Teju 5 miljoni eiro tiks atv\u0113l\u0113ti zin\u0101tnieku inov\u0101ciju prasmju pilnveido\u0161anai, t.sk. apm\u0101c\u012bb\u0101m par intelektu\u0101l\u0101 \u012bpa\u0161uma aizsardz\u012bbas jaut\u0101jumiem. Ja darbi norit\u0113s sekm\u012bgi, valsts bud\u017eeta finans\u0113jums tiks pie\u0161\u0137irts ar\u012b n\u0101kamajiem&nbsp; posmiem l\u012bdz pat 2032. gadam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u012bdz 2032. gadam iecer\u0113ts rad\u012bt 35 jaunas tehnolo\u0123ijas, kas sasniegs eksperiment\u0101li pier\u0101d\u012btu tehnolo\u0123isko pamatu (<em>TRL 3<\/em>&nbsp;l\u012bmenis) vai tehnolo\u0123isko valid\u0101ciju laboratorijas apst\u0101k\u013cos (<em>TRL 4<\/em>&nbsp;l\u012bmenis). Paredz\u0113ts, ka vismaz 23 no \u0161\u012bm tehnolo\u0123ij\u0101m tiks att\u012bst\u012btas l\u012bdz valid\u0101cijai re\u0101los apst\u0101k\u013cos (<em>TRL 5<\/em>&nbsp;l\u012bmenis) vai demonstr\u0101cijai pilna m\u0113roga apst\u0101k\u013cos (<em>TRL 6<\/em>&nbsp;l\u012bmenis), savuk\u0101rt vismaz \u010detras non\u0101ks inov\u0101ciju komercializ\u0101cijas f\u0101z\u0113.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Platformas darb\u012bbas pirmais posms norisin\u0101sies l\u012bdz 2026. gada beig\u0101m, un t\u0101 laik\u0101 tiks izsludin\u0101ti \u010detri inov\u0101ciju projektu konkursi. Pirmais uzsaukums sagaid\u0101ms jau \u0161\u012b gada febru\u0101r\u012b un tam var\u0113s pieteikties p\u0113tnieki jaunu tehnolo\u0123iju un inovat\u012bvu ideju att\u012bst\u012b\u0161anai biomedic\u012bnas, medic\u012bnas tehnolo\u0123iju, farm\u0101cijas, fotonikas, viedo materi\u0101lu, elektronikas, elektrotehnikas un tehnolo\u0123iju un in\u017eeniersist\u0113mu nozar\u0113s.
