Nebanku kredit\u0113t\u0101ju akt\u012bv\u0101ka iesaist\u012b\u0161an\u0101s \u0161aj\u0101 segment\u0101 veicin\u0101s kred\u012btu pieejam\u012bbu iedz\u012bvot\u0101jiem, vienlaikus mudinot komercbankas p\u0101rskat\u012bt savu p\u0101rlieku piesardz\u012bgo politiku jaunu kred\u012btu izsnieg\u0161an\u0101,\u201d\u00a0nor\u0101da ekonomikas ministrs Viktors Valainis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lai veicin\u0101tu finans\u0113juma pieejam\u012bbu m\u0101jok\u013ca ieg\u0101dei vai b\u016bvniec\u012bbai \u0123imen\u0113m, kur\u0101s aug b\u0113rns ar invalidit\u0101ti un daudzb\u0113rnu \u0123imen\u0113m, k\u0101 ar\u012b \u0146emot v\u0113r\u0101 p\u0113d\u0113jos gados nov\u0113roto infl\u0101ciju,\u00a0vald\u012bba palielin\u0101ja\u00a0 maksim\u0101lo ar iedz\u012bvot\u0101ju ien\u0101kumu nodokli apliekamo bruto ien\u0101kumu uz vienu m\u0101jsaimniec\u012bbas locekli slieksni no 17\u00a0000 EUR uz 23 000 EUR uz vienu \u0123imenes locekli, lai \u0123imene kvalific\u0113tos \u201cBalsts\u201d subs\u012bdijas sa\u0146em\u0161anai. B\u016btiski atz\u012bm\u0113t, ka \u0161is maksim\u0101lo ien\u0101kumus slieksnis nav p\u0101rskat\u012bts kop\u0161 subs\u012bdijas \u201cBalsts\u201d uzs\u0101k\u0161anas 2020. gada j\u016blij\u0101.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u0101pat, l\u012bdz ar groz\u012bjumiem tika preciz\u0113tas normas, lai nodro\u0161in\u0101tu vienotu regul\u0113jumu hipotek\u0101r\u0101s p\u0101rkredit\u0113\u0161anas gad\u012bjum\u0101 un nodro\u0161in\u0101tu, ka garantija tiek saglab\u0101ta, ja p\u0101rkredit\u0101cija veikta saska\u0146\u0101 ar normat\u012bvajiem aktiem par pat\u0113r\u0113t\u0101ja kredit\u0113\u0161anu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u0101 zin\u0101ms, M\u0101jok\u013cu garantiju programmu ALTUM \u012bsteno kop\u0161 2015.&nbsp;gada, un t\u0101s ietvaros personas, ar kur\u0101m kop\u0101 dz\u012bvo un kuru apg\u0101d\u012bba ir vismaz viens nepilngad\u012bgs b\u0113rns vai pilngad\u012bga persona, kas nav sasniegusi 24 gadu vecumu, var sa\u0146emt valsts galvojumu l\u012bdz pat 50% no hipotek\u0101r\u0101 kred\u012bta aizdevuma summas (atkar\u012bb\u0101 no b\u0113rnu skaita \u0123imen\u0113) no aizdevuma m\u0101jok\u013ca ieg\u0101dei. Kop\u0161 2018.&nbsp;gada garantiju m\u0101jok\u013ca ieg\u0101dei vai b\u016bvniec\u012bbai var sa\u0146emt ar\u012b jaunie speci\u0101listi vecum\u0101 l\u012bdz 35 gadiem ar ieg\u016btu augst\u0101ko vai profesion\u0101lo vid\u0113jo izgl\u012bt\u012bbu. Savuk\u0101rt, kop\u0161 2020.&nbsp;gada daudzb\u0113rnu \u0123imenes var sa\u0146emt ar\u012b subs\u012bdiju \u201cBalsts\u201d &#8211; vienreiz\u0113ju valsts subs\u012bdiju hipotek\u0101r\u0101 aizdevuma pirm\u0101s iemaksas seg\u0161anai vai samazin\u0101\u0161anai m\u0101jok\u013ca ieg\u0101dei vai b\u016bvniec\u012bbai &#8211; 8 000 eiro apm\u0113r\u0101, ja \u0123imen\u0113 ir 3 b\u0113rni (vai 2 un tiek gaid\u012bts tre\u0161ais), vai 10 000 eiro apm\u0113r\u0101, ja \u0123imen\u0113 ir 4 b\u0113rni vai vair\u0101k (vai 3 un tiek gaid\u012bts ceturtais). Kop\u0161 2023.&nbsp;gada s\u0101kuma garantijas pieejamas ar\u012b NBS karav\u012briem.
