T\u0101pat san\u0101ksm\u0113 p\u0101rrun\u0101ja aktu\u0101l\u0101ko inform\u0101ciju par nodok\u013cu ie\u0146\u0113mumiem un to ietekm\u0113jo\u0161iem faktoriem 2024.&nbsp;gad\u0101, kas \u0146emti v\u0113r\u0101, gatavojot Latvijas Stabilit\u0101tes programmu 2024. \u2013 2028. gadam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pie nemain\u012bgas nodok\u013cu politikas kop\u0113jais nodok\u013cu ie\u0146\u0113mumu pieaugums turpm\u0101kajos gados pa\u0161vald\u012bb\u0101m tiek prognoz\u0113ts liel\u0101ks nek\u0101 valsts pamatbud\u017eetam. 2025. gad\u0101 valsts pamatbud\u017eet\u0101 tas pl\u0101nots 5,9%, kam\u0113r pa\u0161vald\u012bbu bud\u017eet\u0101 6,6%. Liel\u0101ko pieaugumu nodok\u013cu ie\u0146\u0113mumos dod iedz\u012bvot\u0101ju ien\u0101kuma nodok\u013ca, kas ir liel\u0101kais pa\u0161vald\u012bbu ie\u0146\u0113mumu avots, prognozes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PFI sist\u0113mas galvenais uzdevums ir rad\u012bt pa\u0161vald\u012bb\u0101m l\u012bdzv\u0113rt\u012bgas iesp\u0113jas ar likumu noteikto funkciju izpildei, \u0146emot v\u0113r\u0101 pa\u0161vald\u012bbu soci\u0101lekonomisk\u0101s at\u0161\u0137ir\u012bbas. Ir svar\u012bgi, ka visos vald\u012bbas l\u012bme\u0146os tiek nodro\u0161in\u0101ts l\u012bdzv\u0113rt\u012bgs finan\u0161u resursu pieauguma temps, \u0146emot v\u0113r\u0101 makroekonomisk\u0101s att\u012bst\u012bbas tendences un politiskos uzst\u0101d\u012bjumus. Jaunais Eiropas Savien\u012bbas (ES) fisk\u0101l\u0101s politikas regul\u0113jums vairs neparedz Stabilit\u0101tes programmas un Nacion\u0101l\u0101s reformu programmas sagatavo\u0161anu. T\u0101 viet\u0101 reizi \u010detros gados tiks gatavots Fisk\u0101li struktur\u0101lais pl\u0101ns (FSP). Pirmais FSP tiks sagatavots jau \u0161ogad un iesniegts EK 15. oktobr\u012b kop\u0101 ar Visp\u0101r\u0113j\u0101s vald\u012bbas bud\u017eeta pl\u0101na projektu 2025. gadam. L\u012bdz ar to \u0161\u012b Stabilit\u0101tes programma tika sagatavota p\u0101rejas period\u0101, kad sp\u0113k\u0101 ir eso\u0161ais fisk\u0101l\u0101s politikas tiesiskais regul\u0113jums, bet jau tuv\u0101kaj\u0101 laik\u0101 tas b\u016btiski main\u012bsies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaunie ES ekonomikas p\u0101rvald\u012bbas ietvara noteikumi reglament\u0113 pla\u0161u jaut\u0101jumu loku, piem\u0113ram, kas ES dal\u012bbvalst\u012bm ir j\u0101iek\u013cauj savos FSP.
