Delna ir apkopojusi da\u017e\u0101dus atsp\u0113kojumus m\u012btiem, kas visbie\u017e\u0101k izskan iebildumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. m\u012bts \u2013 visa inform\u0101cija par iepirkumiem jau ir publiski pieejama;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paties\u012bba. Iepirkuma dokument\u0101cijas izstr\u0101d\u0113 publiski pieejama ir tikai gala versija nevis materi\u0101li, kas izmantoti t\u0101s tap\u0161anas proces\u0101, tom\u0113r nav iesp\u0113jams iepaz\u012bties ar konkr\u0113tu pras\u012bbu pamatojo\u0161u inform\u0101ciju vai iemesliem tehnisk\u0101s specifik\u0101cijas nians\u0113m.
