Konkurenci nav veicin\u0101jis ar\u012b sare\u017e\u0123\u012btais un d\u0101rgais hipotek\u0101ro kred\u012btu p\u0101rkredit\u0101cijas process, kas l\u012bdz \u0161im liel\u0101 m\u0113r\u0101 ir ticis veidots banku interes\u0113s. Ar likumu izmai\u0146\u0101m tiks pan\u0101kts iev\u0113rojams administrat\u012bv\u0101 un finansi\u0101l\u0101 sloga samazin\u0101jums hipotek\u0101ro kred\u012btu \u0146\u0113m\u0113jiem, mazinot p\u0101rkredit\u0113\u0161anas \u0161\u0137\u0113r\u0161\u013cus, tostarp ar\u012b izmaksas, kas l\u012bdz \u0161im ir biju\u0161as nesam\u0113r\u012bgi lielas,\u201d\u00a0uzsver ekonomikas ministrs Viktors Valainis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saeima pie\u0146emtie groz\u012bjumi Pat\u0113r\u0113t\u0101ju ties\u012bbu aizsardz\u012bbas likum\u0101,&nbsp; Kred\u012btiest\u0101\u017eu likum\u0101, Notari\u0101ta likum\u0101 un Apdro\u0161in\u0101\u0161anas l\u012bguma likum\u0101 neparedz jauna meh\u0101nisma izveidi jeb k\u0101das kardin\u0101l\u0101s izmai\u0146as l\u012bdz\u0161in\u0113j\u0101 p\u0101rkredit\u0113\u0161anas proces\u0101, ta\u010du paredz vair\u0101kas b\u016btiskas izmai\u0146as un atvieglojumus, kas mazin\u0101s past\u0101vo\u0161os p\u0101rkredit\u0113\u0161anas \u0161\u0137\u0113r\u0161\u013cus, t.sk. izmaksas, un atvieglos p\u0101rkredit\u0101cijas procesu pat\u0113r\u0113t\u0101jiem\u200b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u012bdz ar likumprojektu pie\u0146em\u0161anu pan\u0101kts iev\u0113rojams p\u0101rkredit\u0113\u0161anas izmaksu samazin\u0101jums pat\u0113r\u0113t\u0101jam,\u00a0piem\u0113ram, ja hipotek\u0101r\u0101 kred\u012bta summa ir\u00a0250\u00a0000 EUR, tad p\u0101rkredit\u0113\u0161anas izmaksas samazin\u0101sies no 3\u00a0500 EUR uz 2 500 EUR; ja hipotek\u0101r\u0101 kred\u012bta summa ir 100 000 EUR, tad p\u0101rkredit\u0101cijas izmaksas samazin\u0101sies uz pusi &#8211; no aptuveni 2 000 EUR uz 1 000 EUR, savuk\u0101rt, ja hipotek\u0101r\u0101 kred\u012bta summa ir 50 000 EUR, tad p\u0101rkredit\u0101cijas izmaksas samazin\u0101sies tr\u012bs reizes &#8211; no aptuveni 1 500 EUR uz 500 EUR. \u0160ie apr\u0113\u0137ini ir veikti pie nosac\u012bjuma, ja jaunais kred\u012bta dev\u0113js paredz\u0113s kompens\u0101ciju vai komisijas maksu par hipotek\u0101r\u0101 kred\u012bta izsnieg\u0161anu. Pat\u0113r\u0113t\u0101jam noteiktas ties\u012bbas sadal\u012bt \u0161o kompens\u0101ciju tr\u012bs maks\u0101jumos\u200b. \u0160\u0101das kompens\u0101cijas apm\u0113rs nedr\u012bkst\u0113s b\u016bt augst\u0101ks par maksu, k\u0101du ieg\u016bsto\u0161ais kred\u012bta dev\u0113js attiec\u012bgaj\u0101 br\u012bd\u012b piem\u0113ro jaunu hipotek\u0101ro kred\u012btu izsnieg\u0161anai. Vienlaikus konkurences veicin\u0101\u0161anai atcelti rekl\u0101mas ierobe\u017eojumi hipotek\u0101rajiem kred\u012btiem, kred\u012btiem nekustam\u0101 \u012bpa\u0161uma b\u016bvniec\u012bbai vai energoefektivit\u0101tes paaugstin\u0101\u0161anai\u200b.
