Kopum\u0101 atbalst\u012bti 38 projekti no 18 Eiropas Savien\u012bbas dal\u012bbvalst\u012bm, tostarp 51,55 miljoni eiro pie\u0161\u0137irti Rail Baltica projekta Latvijas priorit\u0101r\u0101m aktivit\u0101t\u0113m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2023. gada EISI tre\u0161ais Milit\u0101r\u0101s mobilit\u0101tes uzsaukums tika izsludin\u0101ts 2023. gada 3. maij\u0101. Nosl\u0113dzoties iesnieg\u0161anas termi\u0146am 21. septembr\u012b, Eiropas Klimata, infrastrukt\u016bras un vides izpilda\u0123ent\u016br\u0101 (CINEA) tika iesniegti 112 projektu pieteikumi, tostarp Rail Baltica projekta Latvijas pieteikums, kas sagatavots sadarb\u012bb\u0101 ar Aizsardz\u012bbas ministriju, sabiedr\u012bbu ar ierobe\u017eotu atbild\u012bbu \u201cEiropas Dzelzce\u013ca l\u012bnijas\u201d (EDzL), akciju sabiedr\u012bbu \u201cRB Rail AS\u201d (RBR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finans\u0113jums 50% apm\u0113r\u0101 no projekta attiecin\u0101m\u0101m izmaks\u0101m pie\u0161\u0137irts Rail Baltica apvienot\u0101 autoce\u013ca un dzelzce\u013ca tilta p\u0101r Daugavu b\u016bvdarbu pirmajai k\u0101rtai un b\u016bvuzraudz\u012bbai, jauna divl\u012bme\u0146a \u0161\u0137\u0113rsojuma izveidi p\u0101r Daugavu Salaspils un \u0136ekavas novados. Apvienotais tilts p\u0101r Daugavu ir viens no komplic\u0113t\u0101kajiem Rail Baltica dzelzce\u013ca infrastrukt\u016bras objektiem un tam ir noz\u012bm\u012bga loma &nbsp;Baltijas valstu savienojam\u012bbai ar Eiropu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rail Baltica projekta Latvijas priorit\u0101ro aktivit\u0101\u0161u \u012bsteno\u0161anu nodro\u0161in\u0101s EDzL un RBR, kur\u0101m Satiksmes ministrija (SM) ir dele\u0123\u0113jusi projekta tehnisko kompetenci. Tilta izb\u016bvi pl\u0101nots s\u0101kt, kad b\u016bs nosl\u0113gta projekt\u0113\u0161ana un saska\u0146\u0101 ar Rail Baltica ievie\u0161anas programmu. Norisin\u0101s un da\u013c\u0113ji jau pabeigta nekustamo \u012bpa\u0161umu atsavin\u0101\u0161ana, kas nepiecie\u0161ami tilta b\u016bvdarbiem. B\u016bvniec\u012bbu veiks starptautisk\u0101 uz\u0146\u0113m\u0113ju pilnsabiedr\u012bba \u201cE.R.B. Rail JV PS\u201d, kas Latvij\u0101 izb\u016bv\u0113s Rail Baltica pamattrasi. Kopum\u0101 tilts ir sadal\u012bts 3 b\u016bvat\u013cauj\u0101s un priorit\u0101ri darbus pl\u0101nots uzs\u0101kt b\u016bvat\u013caujas posm\u0101, veicot darbus \u016bden\u012b. \u0160is ir viens no laikietilp\u012bg\u0101kajiem b\u016bvniec\u012bbas posmiem, kas paredz metin\u0101tas t\u0113rauda kopnes, balstu beton\u0113\u0161anu un pamatb\u016bvniec\u012bbu \u016bden\u012b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u012bguma parakst\u012b\u0161ana ar CINEA par finans\u0113jumu Rail Baltica projekta Latvijas priorit\u0101r\u0101m aktivit\u0101t\u0113m gaid\u0101ma 2024. gada j\u016bnij\u0101.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rail Baltica projekta milit\u0101r\u0101s kapacit\u0101tes stiprin\u0101\u0161anai jau sa\u0146emts finans\u0113jums pirmaj\u0101 Milit\u0101r\u0101s mobilit\u0101tes uzsaukum\u0101. 2022. gada 8. august\u0101 SM nosl\u0113dza l\u012bgumu ar CINEA par finans\u0113jumu Rail Baltica projekta priorit\u0101r\u0101m aktivit\u0101t\u0113m no EISI Milit\u0101r\u0101s mobilit\u0101tes finans\u0113juma 2021. \u2013 2027. finan\u0161u pl\u0101no\u0161anas period\u0101, piesaistot 5,29 miljonu eiro EISI finans\u0113juma. Ar sa\u0146emto finans\u0113jumu nodro\u0161in\u0101ta apvienot\u0101 Daugavas tilta autoce\u013ca sada\u013cas projekt\u0113\u0161ana un projekt\u0113\u0161anas uzraudz\u012bba, Salaspils multimod\u0101l\u0101 kravu termin\u0101\u013ca projekt\u0113\u0161ana, k\u0101 ar\u012b kravu parka un t\u0101 apk\u0101rt\u0113j\u0101s infrastrukt\u016bras projekt\u0113\u0161ana pie lidostas \u201cR\u012bga\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Papildu inform\u0101cija<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Milit\u0101r\u0101s mobilit\u0101tes finans\u0113jums ir jauns atbalsta veids dal\u012bbvalst\u012bm, lai att\u012bst\u012btu transporta infrastrukt\u016bru, kas vienlaikus kalpotu gan civil\u0101m, gan milit\u0101r\u0101m vajadz\u012bb\u0101m.&nbsp;ES daudzgadu bud\u017eet\u0101 2021.- 2027. gadam EISI&nbsp;Milit\u0101r\u0101s mobilit\u0101tes finans\u0113jumam&nbsp;atv\u0113l\u0113ti&nbsp;1,737 miljardi eiro, kas&nbsp;2021.\u20132023.&nbsp;gada period\u0101&nbsp;tika sadal\u012bti tr\u012bs uzsaukumos. Pirmaj\u0101 un otraj\u0101 uzsaukum\u0101 atbalst\u012bti 57 projekti, pie\u0161\u0137irot to \u012bsteno\u0161anai &nbsp;939 miljonus eiro. Savuk\u0101rt tre\u0161aj\u0101 un nosl\u0113dzo\u0161aj\u0101 uzsaukum\u0101 atbalst\u012bti 38 projekti, pie\u0161\u0137irot finans\u0113jumu 807 milj. eiro apm\u0113r\u0101.
