Populariz\u0113t uzn iedz\u012bvin\u0101t KNAB tie\u0161saistes zi\u0146o\u0161anas platformu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Intere\u0161u konflikta p\u0101rbaude publiskajos iepirkumos&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intere\u0161u konflikta p\u0101rbaude publiskajos iepirkumos ir noz\u012bm\u012bga, jo t\u0101 pal\u012bdz identific\u0113t iesp\u0113jamo iepirkuma pas\u016bt\u012bt\u0101ja un pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101ja saist\u012bbu, nepie\u013caut favor\u012btismu un publisko l\u012bdzek\u013cu izsaimnieko\u0161u priv\u0101ta labuma g\u016b\u0161anai. VRAA koment\u0113, ka \u0161obr\u012bd, sadarb\u012bb\u0101 ar re\u0123istriem, noris darbs pie risin\u0101juma tehnisk\u0101s koncepcijas izstr\u0101des. K\u0101 noteikts KNAPP 4.2. punkt\u0101, ir j\u0101izv\u0113rt\u0113 iesp\u0113ja EIS nodro\u0161in\u0101t inform\u0101cijas public\u0113\u0161anu ar\u012b par iepirkumiem zem Publisko iepirkumu likum\u0101 noteikt\u0101 sliek\u0161\u0146a, sal\u0101gojot to ar administrat\u012bvo slogu, publik\u0101ciju lietder\u012bbu un izv\u0113rt\u0113jot ar\u012b normat\u012bv\u0101 regul\u0113juma groz\u012bjumu nepiecie\u0161am\u012bbu. Attiec\u012bgo KNAPP pl\u0101na punktu paredz\u0113ts izpild\u012bt pak\u0101peniski \u2013 l\u012bdz 2024. gada beig\u0101m. Atbild\u012bg\u0101s instit\u016bcijas ir IUB un Finan\u0161u ministrija.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gan KNAB p\u0101rst\u0101vji, gan Delnas juriste Krista Asmusa nor\u0101d\u012bja, ka \u0161obr\u012bd tr\u016bkst atkl\u0101t\u012bbas par publisko finans\u0113jumu saist\u012bb\u0101 ar zemsliek\u0161\u0146a iepirkumiem. Nepietiekam\u0101 inform\u0101cijas atkl\u0101t\u012bba rada negodpr\u0101t\u012bbas un korpucijas riskus. T\u0101 rezult\u0101t\u0101 aptuveni 10% no valsts bud\u017eeta, kas t\u0113r\u0113ti publiskajiem iepirkumiem, ir nepietiekami p\u0101rskat\u0101mi, jo par da\u013cu no tiem inform\u0101cija nav pieejama.&nbsp;IUB atzina, ka summas, k\u0101das tiek t\u0113r\u0113tas zemsliek\u0161\u0146a iepirkumos, valstij nav zin\u0101mas.
