T\u0101 ir kop\u0113ja vieno\u0161an\u0101s starp vis\u0101m dal\u012bbvalst\u012bm, t\u0101p\u0113c Latvija atbilsto\u0161i nacion\u0101lajam pl\u0101nam izvirz\u012bjusi savus priek\u0161likumus, kas vienlaikus ir ar\u012b manis min\u0113tie priorit\u0101rie virzieni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u0101 tas atsauksies uz publiskajiem iepirkumiem?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Likums par valsts un pa\u0161vald\u012bbu pas\u016bt\u012bjumu jau nosaka k\u0101rt\u012bbu, k\u0101d\u0101 j\u0101veic pas\u016bt\u012bjums, lai nodro\u0161in\u0101tu efekt\u012bvu un m\u0113r\u0137tiec\u012bgu resursu izlietojumu. L\u012bdz ar to sist\u0113ma b\u016bs vienk\u0101r\u0161\u0101ka, efekt\u012bv\u0101ka, maz\u0101k birokr\u0101tiska.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vai tas noz\u012bm\u0113, ka n\u0101kotn\u0113 vairs neatk\u0101rtosies iepriek\u0161\u0113jo gadu situ\u0101cijas, kad pa\u0161vald\u012bb\u0101m n\u0101c\u0101s orient\u0113ties uz finan\u0161u pied\u0101v\u0101jumu, nevis uz ak\u016bt\u0101ko viet\u0113jo vajadz\u012bbu.
