Atbilsto\u0161i atjaunotaj\u0101m prognoz\u0113m, Latvijas iek\u0161zemes kopprodukts (IKP) 2023.\u00a0gad\u0101 saglab\u0101sies pag\u0101ju\u0161\u0101 gada l\u012bmen\u012b, bet 2024.\u00a0gad\u0101 gaid\u0101ma ekonomikas izaugsme 2,0% apm\u0113r\u0101.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u012asum\u0101<em>:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> &#8211; Prognoz\u0113ts, ka Latvijas IKP 2023. gad\u0101 saglab\u0101sies pag\u0101ju\u0161\u0101 gada l\u012bmen\u012b, savuk\u0101rt 2024. gad\u0101 gaid\u0101ma ekonomikas izaugsme 2,0% apm\u0113r\u0101.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> &#8211; Gada vid\u0113jo infl\u0101ciju 2023. gadam prognoz\u0113ta 10,0% l\u012bmen\u012b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> &#8211; M\u0113ne\u0161a vid\u0113j\u0101 bruto darba samaksa \u0161ogad palielin\u0101sies par 8,5%, savuk\u0101rt n\u0101kamajos gados algu pieauguma temps k\u013c\u016bs l\u0113n\u0101ks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> &#8211; Bezdarba l\u012bme\u0146a prognoze 2023. gadam ir samazin\u0101ta par 0,2 procentpunktiem l\u012bdz 7,1%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sal\u012bdzinot ar iepriek\u0161\u0113j\u0101m, 2022.&nbsp;gada decembra s\u0101kum\u0101 izstr\u0101d\u0101taj\u0101m prognoz\u0113m, IKP pieauguma prognoze 2023.&nbsp;gadam ir palielin\u0101ta par 0,6 procentpunktiem, bet 2024.&nbsp;gadam IKP pieaugums prognoz\u0113ts par vienu procentpunktu maz\u0101ks nek\u0101 pag\u0101ju\u0161\u0101 gada decembr\u012b. Divos n\u0101kamajos gados \u2013 2025. un 2026. gad\u0101 \u2013 ekonomikas izaugsme tiek prognoz\u0113ta attiec\u012bgi 2,9% un 2,8% apm\u0113r\u0101.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekonomikas izaugsmes prognozes paaugstin\u0101\u0161ana 2023.&nbsp;gadam saist\u012bta ar nedaudz lab\u0101ku Latvijas ekonomikas att\u012bst\u012bbu pag\u0101ju\u0161\u0101 gada ceturtaj\u0101 ceturksn\u012b, k\u0101 ar\u012b 2022.&nbsp;gad\u0101 kopum\u0101, IKP pieaugot par 2,0%. Silt\u0101 ziema un valsts atbalsta pas\u0101kumi ir m\u012bkstin\u0101ju\u0161i energoresursu cenu k\u0101puma negat\u012bvo ietekmi uz m\u0101jsaimniec\u012bbu pat\u0113ri\u0146u, un p\u0113d\u0113jo m\u0113ne\u0161u laik\u0101 nedaudz uzlaboju\u0161\u0101s ar\u012b Latvijas \u0101r\u0113j\u0101s tirdzniec\u012bbas partnervalstu un eirozonas att\u012bst\u012bbas prognozes 2023.&nbsp;gadam. Vienlaikus Krievijas s\u0101kt\u0101 kara un augo\u0161o izmaksu ietekme uz ra\u017eo\u0161anas att\u012bst\u012bbu var izpausties ar liel\u0101ku laika nob\u012bdi nek\u0101 s\u0101kotn\u0113ji sagaid\u012bts, un 2024.&nbsp;gad\u0101 ekonomikas izaugsme b\u016bs nedaudz l\u0113n\u0101ka nek\u0101 prognoz\u0113ts iepriek\u0161.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gada vid\u0113jo infl\u0101ciju 2023.&nbsp;gadam FM prognoz\u0113 10,0% l\u012bmen\u012b, kas ir b\u016btiski zem\u0101ks cenu k\u0101pums nek\u0101 2022.&nbsp;gad\u0101, kad infl\u0101cija sasniedza 17,3%. Tom\u0113r sal\u012bdzin\u0101jum\u0101 ar decembra s\u0101kum\u0101 prognoz\u0113to infl\u0101cijas prognoze ir paaugstin\u0101ta par 1,5 procentpunktiem, ko noteica augst\u0101ki gada beig\u0101s fiks\u0113tie siltumener\u0123ijas, elektroener\u0123ijas un g\u0101zes tarifi, k\u0101 ar\u012b sp\u0113c\u012bg\u0101ki infl\u0101cijas otr\u0101s k\u0101rtas efekti. 2024.&nbsp;gad\u0101 infl\u0101cija turpin\u0101s pazemin\u0101ties, cenu pieaugumam veidojot 2,2%, bet p\u0113c tam stabiliz\u0113joties 2,5% l\u012bmen\u012b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u0113ne\u0161a vid\u0113j\u0101 darba samaksa \u0161ogad turpin\u0101s strauji palielin\u0101ties, ko ietekm\u0113s gan cenu l\u012bme\u0146a pieaugums, gan b\u016btiskais minim\u0101l\u0101s darba samaksas k\u0101pums no 500 l\u012bdz 620 eiro, gan valsts bud\u017eeta izdevumu pieaugums sabiedrisk\u0101 sektora darbinieku alg\u0101m, tostarp aizsardz\u012bbas un izgl\u012bt\u012bbas nozar\u0113s. P\u0113c FM prognoz\u0113m m\u0113ne\u0161a vid\u0113j\u0101 bruto darba samaksa \u0161ogad palielin\u0101sies par 8,5%, bet n\u0101kamajos gados algu pieauguma temps k\u013c\u016bs l\u0113n\u0101ks, pak\u0101peniski pietuvojoties produktivit\u0101tes pieauguma tempam un stabiliz\u0113joties 4-5% l\u012bmen\u012b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u012bdz ar sagaid\u0101majiem nedaudz lab\u0101kiem ekonomisk\u0101s izaugsmes r\u0101d\u012bt\u0101jiem bezdarba l\u012bme\u0146a prognoze 2023.&nbsp;gadam ir samazin\u0101ta par 0,2 procentpunktiem l\u012bdz 7,1%, bet turpm\u0101kajos gados bezdarbs turpin\u0101s pak\u0101peniski pazemin\u0101ties, ko noteiks gan strauj\u0101kas ekonomisk\u0101s izaugsmes atjauno\u0161an\u0101s, gan darbsp\u0113jas vecuma iedz\u012bvot\u0101ju skaita mazin\u0101\u0161an\u0101s, kas no 2024.&nbsp;gada noteiks ar\u012b nelielu tautsaimniec\u012bb\u0101 nodarbin\u0101to iedz\u012bvot\u0101ju skaita kritumu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FM prognozes par ekonomikas att\u012bst\u012bbu kopum\u0101 ir nedaudz piesardz\u012bg\u0101kas, ta\u010du \u013coti tuvas Eiropas Komisijas (EK) 13.&nbsp;febru\u0101r\u012b publiskotaj\u0101m prognoz\u0113m, kas paredz, ka Latvijas IKP 2023.&nbsp;gad\u0101 palielin\u0101sies par 0,1% un 2024.&nbsp;gad\u0101 \u2013 par 2,7%. Vienlaikus EK 2023.&nbsp;gadam Latvijai prognoz\u0113jusi ar\u012b nedaudz l\u0113n\u0101ku pat\u0113ri\u0146a cenu pieaugumu, gada vid\u0113jo infl\u0101ciju paredzot 8,7% apm\u0113r\u0101.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aktualiz\u0113jot makroekonomisko r\u0101d\u012bt\u0101ju prognozes, FM saglab\u0101ja pie\u0146\u0113mumu, ka \u0123eopolitisk\u0101 situ\u0101cija b\u016btiski nepasliktin\u0101s un nenotiek krasa karadarb\u012bbas eskal\u0101cija, k\u0101 ar\u012b izv\u0113rt\u0113ja \u0101r\u0113j\u0101s un iek\u0161\u0113j\u0101s vides riskus, un nor\u0101da, ka prognozes joproj\u0101m ir izstr\u0101d\u0101tas \u0101rk\u0101rt\u012bgi augstas nenoteikt\u012bbas apst\u0101k\u013cos. B\u016btisk\u0101kie negat\u012bvie riski joproj\u0101m ir saist\u012bti ar \u0123eopolitisko situ\u0101ciju, k\u0101 ar\u012b ar strauj\u0101m energoresursu cenu sv\u0101rst\u012bb\u0101m un to ierobe\u017eoto pieejam\u012bbu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Progno\u017eu sagatavo\u0161anas proces\u0101 FM konsult\u0113j\u0101s ar Starptautisk\u0101 Val\u016btas fonda, EK, Latvijas Bankas un Ekonomikas ministrijas ekspertiem. Makroekonomisko r\u0101d\u012bt\u0101ju prognozes \u0161\u0101 gada febru\u0101r\u012b ir apstiprin\u0101jusi Fisk\u0101l\u0101s discipl\u012bnas padome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Visas Eiropas Savien\u012bbas valstis katru gadu apr\u012bl\u012b iesniedz EK Stabilit\u0101tes programmas (eirozonas valstis) vai Konver\u0123ences programmas (eirozon\u0101 neietilpsto\u0161as valstis), kas satur dal\u012bbvalstu bud\u017eeta prognozes turpm\u0101kajiem trim gadiem, k\u0101 ar\u012b preciz\u0113 bud\u017eeta prognozes pa\u0161reiz\u0113jam gadam.
