Konkursa otr\u0101 posma pras\u012bbu izstr\u0101de bija komplic\u0113ts darbs, jo iepirkum\u0101 paredz\u0113tajos darbos iek\u013cauta<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><em>Rail Baltica<\/em>&nbsp;dzelzce\u013ca l\u012bnijas pamattrases Latvijas teritorij\u0101 \u0101rpus R\u012bgas pils\u0113tas robe\u017e\u0101m infrastrukt\u016bras \u2013 dzelzce\u013ca pamatnes un virsb\u016bves \u2013 b\u016bvniec\u012bba vair\u0101k nek\u0101 200 km garum\u0101. B\u016bvdarbi ietver teritorijas sagatavo\u0161anu, uzb\u0113rumu, dzelzce\u013ca tiltu, ce\u013cu un p\u0101rvadu b\u016bvi, in\u017eeniert\u012bklu p\u0101rvieto\u0161anu un slie\u017eu ce\u013cu izb\u016bvi.&nbsp;B\u016bvdarbi ne tikai apvienos daudzus sare\u017e\u0123\u012btus b\u016bvniec\u012bbas elementus,&nbsp;bet&nbsp;b\u016bs ar\u012b apjom\u012bg\u0101k\u0101 dzelzce\u013ca infrastrukt\u016bras izb\u016bve Latvij\u0101.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konkursa pras\u012bbas \u0146em v\u0113r\u0101 pieredzi no jau sekm\u012bgi norit\u0113ju\u0161iem starptautiskiem konkursiem &#8211;&nbsp;<em>Rail Baltica<\/em>&nbsp;R\u012bgas Centr\u0101l\u0101s stacijas b\u016bvniec\u012bbai un&nbsp;<em>Rail Baltica&nbsp;<\/em>stacijas un infrastrukt\u016bras izb\u016bvei lidost\u0101 \u201cR\u012bga\u201d, k\u0101 ar\u012b&nbsp;citu&nbsp;<em>Rail Baltica<\/em>&nbsp;projekta iepirkumu pieredzi kaimi\u0146valst\u012bs. L\u012bguma pamat\u0101 izmantota FIDIC Sarkan\u0101 gr\u0101mata \u2013&nbsp;starptautiski atz\u012bta un vis\u0101 pasaul\u0113 izmantota l\u012bguma forma, to atbilsto\u0161i visp\u0101rpie\u0146emtai praksei piem\u0113rojot&nbsp;<em>Rail Baltica<\/em>&nbsp;noteiktajiem ievie\u0161anas principiem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u012bdz konkursa otr\u0101s k\u0101rtas iepirkuma izsludin\u0101\u0161anai nav biju\u0161i pieejami&nbsp;<em>Rail Baltica<\/em>&nbsp;trases b\u016bvprojekti piln\u0101 apjom\u0101, jo b\u016bvprojekt\u0113\u0161ana ir uzs\u0101kta vis\u0101 Latvij\u0101, ta\u010du v\u0113l nav nosl\u0113gusies. T\u0101d\u0113\u013c&nbsp;&nbsp;konkursa organiz\u0113t\u0101js \u2013&nbsp;<em>Rail Baltica<\/em>&nbsp;projekta \u012bstenot\u0101js Latvij\u0101 \u2013 uz\u0146\u0113mums<em>&nbsp;Eiropas Dzelzce\u013ca l\u012bnijas<\/em>&nbsp;piem\u0113ros t\u0101 d\u0113v\u0113to&nbsp;<em>darba daudzumu p\u0101rm\u0113r\u012b\u0161anas (re-measurement)&nbsp;<\/em>l\u012bguma meh\u0101nismu, nevis fiks\u0113tas cenas (<em>lumpsum)<\/em>.
