Pie\u0161\u0137irt\u0101 ES fondu finans\u0113juma apjoms nevar tikt palielin\u0101ts, iz\u0146emot gad\u012bjumos, ja atbild\u012bg\u0101 iest\u0101de eso\u0161\u0101 specifisk\u0101 atbalsta m\u0113r\u0137a ietvaros veic saska\u0146otu p\u0101rdali vai programmas ietvaros piesaista \u201cbr\u012bvo\u201d finans\u0113jumu konkr\u0113tam projektam, nep\u0101rsniedzot maksim\u0101li pie\u013caujamo ES\u00a0 likmi, vienlaic\u012bgi v\u0113rt\u0113jot atbilst\u012bbu valsts atbalsta nosac\u012bjumiem katra konkr\u0113t\u0101 projekta gad\u012bjum\u0101 pie\u0161\u0137irts.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pa\u0161vald\u012bba<\/strong>, lai sad\u0101rdzin\u0101jumu segtu no t\u0101s l\u012bdzek\u013ciem<strong>,\u00a0 var \u0146emt aiz\u0146\u0113mumu Valsts kas\u0113<\/strong>\u00a0projekt\u0101 attiecin\u0101mo izmaksu seg\u0161anai. Papildus ir j\u0101\u0146em v\u0113r\u0101, ka, ja atbalsts ir pie\u0161\u0137irts ar GBER, tad sad\u0101rdzin\u0101juma izmaksas nevar tikt segtas, piem\u0113rojot ar\u012b citu komercdarb\u012bbas atbalsta regul\u0113jumu (piem., k\u0101\u00a0<em>de minimis<\/em>\u00a0atbalsts), jo ar\u012b \u0161aj\u0101 gad\u012bjum\u0101 uz projektu vairs netiktu nodro\u0161in\u0101ta atbalsta stimul\u0113jo\u0161\u0101s ietekme.<\/li><li>atsevi\u0161\u0137os iz\u0146\u0113muma gad\u012bjumos GBER neizvirza pras\u012bbu p\u0113c atbalsta stimul\u0113jo\u0161\u0101s ietekmes, piem., ja atbalsts tiek pie\u0161\u0137irts ar GBER 21. un 22.pantu (riska finans\u0113jums), 32. un 33.pantu (atbalsts nodarbinot personas ar invalidit\u0101ti un nelabv\u0113l\u012bg\u0101k\u0101 situ\u0101cij\u0101 eso\u0161us darba \u0146\u0113m\u0113jus), 53.pantu (atbalsts kult\u016brai un kult\u016brv\u0113sturisk\u0101 mantojuma saglab\u0101\u0161ana)) \u2013 \u0161ajos\u00a0iz\u0146\u0113muma gad\u012bjumos\u00a0sad\u0101rdzin\u0101juma izmaksas saska\u0146\u0101 ar GBER var\u0113tu tikt segtas, ja vien tiktu iev\u0113rota pie\u013caujam\u0101 maksim\u0101l\u0101 atbalsta intensit\u0101te\/atbalsta summa.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Valsts kases aizdevums ir iesp\u0113jams tikai p\u0113c\u00a0<strong>pa\u0161vald\u012bbas l\u0113muma par b\u016bvdarbu l\u012bguma izmaksu palielin\u0101\u0161anu<\/strong>. Aizdevuma piepras\u012bjumus izskat\u012bs tikai p\u0113c tam, kad b\u016bs veikti attiec\u012bgi groz\u012bjumi l\u012bgum\u0101 par ES fondu projekta \u012bsteno\u0161anu, kas nosl\u0113gts ar CFLA.
