Ja pas\u016bt\u012bt\u0101jam (piem\u0113ram, k\u0101dai pa\u0161vald\u012bbas iest\u0101dei \u2013 skolai, b\u0113rnud\u0101rzam, utt.) nav savas m\u0101jaslapas, tad tas \u0161\u0101du inform\u0101ciju ievieto augst\u0101k st\u0101vo\u0161as instit\u016bcijas, proti, savas pa\u0161vald\u012bbas m\u0101jaslap\u0101. Kop\u0161 iepirkuma sludin\u0101juma veidlapas public\u0113\u0161anas IUB m\u0101jaslap\u0101 pas\u016bt\u012bt\u0101js nodro\u0161ina iesp\u0113ju ieinteres\u0113tajiem komersantiem uz vietas pas\u016bt\u012bt\u0101ja iest\u0101d\u0113  iepaz\u012bties ar iepirkuma dokumentiem bez samaksas. V\u0113r\u0161u uzman\u012bbu, ka tas ir minim\u0101lais laiks, bet ja pas\u016bt\u012bt\u0101js var noteikt gar\u0101ku laika periodu pied\u0101v\u0101jumu gatavo\u0161anai, kas savuk\u0101rt, iesp\u0113jams, var\u0113tu ietekm\u0113t ar\u012b iesniedzamo pied\u0101v\u0101jumu sagatavo\u0161anas kvalit\u0101ti, komersanta iesp\u0113ju detaliz\u0113ti izstr\u0101d\u0101t pied\u0101v\u0101jumu un iepaz\u012bties ar konkr\u0113t\u0101 iepirkuma realiz\u0101cijas apst\u0101k\u013ciem.
