Ukrainas notikumu kontekst\u0101 ir svar\u012bgi apzin\u0101ties, ka&nbsp;Rail Baltica&nbsp;projekts p\u0101rsniedz pasa\u017eieru un kravu p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu iesp\u0113jas, par kur\u0101m ierasti run\u0101jam. Pa\u0161laik&nbsp;Rail Baltica&nbsp;transporta koridors ir vit\u0101li svar\u012bgs ar\u012b iedz\u012bvot\u0101ju dro\u0161\u012bbas, labkl\u0101j\u012bbas un valsts pamatfunkciju nodro\u0161in\u0101\u0161anai. Sagaid\u0101m, ka&nbsp;EDZL&nbsp;nodro\u0161in\u0101s profesion\u0101lu un augst\u0101kajiem starptautiskajiem standartiem atbilsto\u0161u&nbsp;Rail Baltica&nbsp;pamattrases b\u016bvniec\u012bbas iepirkumu, kas ir svar\u012bgs t\u0101l\u0101kai projekta virz\u012bbai.\u201d<br><br>Projekta \u012bstenot\u0101ja Latvij\u0101 \u2013 uz\u0146\u0113muma&nbsp;Eiropas Dzelzce\u013ca l\u012bnijas&nbsp;valdes priek\u0161s\u0113d\u0113t\u0101js Kaspars Vingris nor\u0101da: \u201eB\u016bvuz\u0146\u0113m\u0113ju aktivit\u0101te \u0161aj\u0101 konkurs\u0101 v\u0113rt\u0113jama k\u0101 pietieko\u0161i liela, \u0146emot v\u0113r\u0101 augst\u0101s, ta\u010du projekta m\u0113rogam atbilsto\u0161\u0101s pras\u012bbas pretendentiem. Pirmais iepirkuma posms v\u0113rt\u0113jams sekm\u012bgi ar\u012b t\u0101d\u0113\u013c, ka iepirkuma laik\u0101 netika sa\u0146emta neviena potenci\u0101lo pretendentu s\u016bdz\u012bba, kas liktu p\u0101rtraukt vai main\u012bt s\u0101kotn\u0113ji noteikt\u0101s iepirkuma pras\u012bbas. Kopum\u0101 konkursa organiz\u0113t\u0101js no potenci\u0101lajiem pretendentiem sa\u0146\u0113ma 83 jaut\u0101jumus, uz kuriem iepirkuma komisija sniedza atbildes. Esam gandar\u012bti, ka dal\u012bbai pamattrases b\u016bvdarbiem ir pieteiku\u0161ies noz\u012bm\u012bgi, starptautiski atpaz\u012bstami b\u016bvuz\u0146\u0113mumi ar ilggad\u0113ju pieredzi \u0101trgaitas dzelzce\u013ca infrastrukt\u016bras b\u016bvniec\u012bb\u0101. Pirmo reizi&nbsp;EDZL&nbsp;organiz\u0113tajos konkursos potenci\u0101lo kandid\u0101tu p\u0101rst\u0101v\u0113t\u0101 teritorija ir tik pla\u0161a \u2013 pat \u0101rpus Eiropas robe\u017e\u0101m. L\u012bdz\u0161in\u0113j\u0101 pieredze liecina, ka uz\u0146\u0113mumi gatavi iesaist\u012bties&nbsp;Rail Baltica&nbsp;projektu realiz\u0101cij\u0101, veidojot apvien\u012bbas, kas rada lab\u0101ko zin\u0101\u0161anu, pieredzes un prakses siner\u0123iju, veidojot augsti kompetentu komandu darbu realiz\u0101cijai.\u201d<br><br>Iepirkuma komisija konkursa 2. posma pras\u012bbas pl\u0101no nodot kvalific\u0113tajiem pretendentiem \u0161\u012b gada apr\u012b\u013ca s\u0101kum\u0101, lai sa\u0146emtu pretendentu pied\u0101v\u0101jumus 2022. gada septembr\u012b.
