Par iepirkuma uzvar\u0113t\u0101ju ar l\u012bgumcenu <em>3 536 369 eiro<\/em> bez PVN, septembra s\u0101kum\u0101 tika atz\u012bts <em>AS \u201cUPB\u201d<\/em>, ta\u010du 20.septembr\u012b b\u016bvuz\u0146\u0113m\u0113js, p\u0113c atk\u0101rtotas savas t\u0101mes izv\u0113rt\u0113\u0161anas, atteic\u0101s no ties\u012bb\u0101m sl\u0113gt l\u012bgumu par ieceres \u012bsteno\u0161anu. K\u0101 n\u0101ko\u0161ais pretendents, kuram iepirkuma rezult\u0101t\u0101 bija pie\u0161\u0137iramas l\u012bguma sl\u0113g\u0161anas ties\u012bbas, tika noteikts <em>SIA \u201cPillar Contractor\u201d<\/em>, kur\u0161 iesniedza pied\u0101v\u0101jumu par <em>3 658&nbsp;582 eiro <\/em>bez PVN. Ta\u010du 14.oktobr\u012b ar\u012b \u0161is pretendents no l\u012bguma sl\u0113g\u0161anas atteic\u0101s, k\u0101 pamatojumu minot straujo b\u016bvmateri\u0101lu un energoresursu izmaksu k\u0101pumu, kuru nav bijis iesp\u0113jams iepriek\u0161 paredz\u0113t, k\u0101 ar\u012b infl\u0101ciju, kas tie\u0161\u0101 veid\u0101 atst\u0101\u0161ot ietekmi uz turpm\u0101ku b\u016bvmateri\u0101lu izmaksu pieaugumu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iev\u0113rojot publisko iepirkumu regul\u0113jo\u0161os normat\u012bvos aktus, kas nosaka \u2013 gad\u012bjumos, kad divi pretendenti kuriem ir pie\u0161\u0137irtas ties\u012bbas sl\u0113gt l\u012bgumu ieceres \u012bsteno\u0161anai ir atteiku\u0161ies to dar\u012bt, iepirkuma komisija pie\u0146em l\u0113mumu <em>p\u0101rtraukt iepirkuma proced\u016bru<\/em>, neizv\u0113loties nevienu pied\u0101v\u0101jumu un <em>izsludin\u0101t atk\u0101rtotu iepirkumu<\/em>. Jaunaj\u0101 iepirkum\u0101 b\u016bvdarbu izpildes termi\u0146\u0161 &#8211; 18 kalend\u0101rie m\u0113ne\u0161i no iepirkuma l\u012bguma nosl\u0113g\u0161anas dienas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201cPieredz\u0113tais b\u016bvmateri\u0101lu cenu k\u0101pums un izmai\u0146as notiek strauji, nozares l\u012bmen\u012b aktualiz\u0113jas materi\u0101lu cenu pieauguma indeks\u0101cijas jaut\u0101jums l\u012bgumos, k\u0101 ar\u012b kvalific\u0113ta darbasp\u0113ka pieejam\u012bbas jaut\u0101jums.
