Starptautiskais standarta l\u012bgums VN\u012a tiek izmantots iepirkumos par summu virs viena miljona eiro.<\/p>\n<p>Tikm\u0113r JRT \u0113kai L\u0101\u010dpl\u0113\u0161a iel\u0101 25, R\u012bg\u0101 janv\u0101r\u012b pabeigti konserv\u0101cijas darbi un pagaidu jumta izb\u016bve konstrukcij\u0101m, kuras paredz\u0113ts saglab\u0101t, kas atvieglos t\u0101l\u0101ku b\u016bvdarbu norisi un pasarg\u0101s objektu no laikapst\u0101k\u013cu ietekmes.<\/p>\n<p>Jaun\u0101 R\u012bgas te\u0101tra p\u0101rb\u016bves projekts paredz dubultot \u0113kas apjomu v\u0113sturisk\u0101 centra ietvaros, kur ir bl\u012bva apb\u016bve, kas apgr\u016btina piek\u013cuvi, k\u0101 ar\u012b sare\u017e\u0123\u012bta izb\u016bve pazemes da\u013c\u0101. Atbilsto\u0161i arhitektu iecerei un te\u0101tra vajadz\u012bb\u0101m te\u0101tra izmantoto telpu plat\u012bbu pl\u0101nots teju divk\u0101r\u0161ot &#8211; no 5146 kvadr\u0101tmetriem l\u012bdz 9767,1 kvadr\u0101tmetram. Pan\u0101kt\u0101s vieno\u0161an\u0101s ietvaros &#8220;ReRe b\u016bve 1&#8221; nodod VN\u012a b\u016bvlaukumu, b\u016bvmateri\u0101lus un demont\u0113tos materi\u0101lus, kas nepiecie\u0161ami t\u0101l\u0101kai \u0113kas rekonstrukcijai, k\u0101 ar\u012b vieno\u0161an\u0101s ietvaros paredz kompens\u0101ciju blakus eso\u0161o \u0113ku boj\u0101jumu nov\u0113r\u0161anai un objekt\u0101 veicamajiem konserv\u0101cijas darbiem, un atmaks\u0101 avansu. Savuk\u0101rt VN\u012a iesniedza ties\u0101 pras\u012bbu par 209 852 eiro liela l\u012bgumsoda piedzi\u0146u.<\/p>\n<p>VN\u012a \u0161obr\u012bd \u012bsteno 118 infrastrukt\u016bras att\u012bst\u012bbas projektus apm\u0113ram 180 miljonu eiro apm\u0113r\u0101 un str\u0101d\u0101 pie 25 jaun\u0101m projektu idej\u0101m. Uz\u0146\u0113mums nodro\u0161ina profesion\u0101lu nekustamo \u012bpa\u0161umu apsaimnieko\u0161anu un p\u0101rvald\u012bbu apm\u0113ram 450 nekustamajiem \u012bpa\u0161umiem ar 1200 \u0113k\u0101m 1,1 miljona kvadr\u0101tmetru plat\u012bb\u0101 un vair\u0101k nek\u0101 4000 zemes \u012bpa\u0161umu 10 miljonu kvadr\u0101tmetru plat\u012bb\u0101.
